Dust collection and cleaning ability is great. Design is good. We ordered four and two had broken welds in the broom head which we had to fix. One mop head had a tie that was sewn on both ends to the mop head rather than one.

I am changing my original rating and now giving Tidy Tools 5 Stars! There was a problem with one of the dust mop heads that I received where the center hole to connect the pole to the wire frame was not where it should be. This was NOT the fault of Tidy Tools directly, but a problem from their supplier. This was a one-off issue and not indicative of any broader problem. Tidy Tools immediately stepped up to address this issue and replaced the incorrect dust mop head. They did an outstanding job and truly stand behind their products. I will definitely look to Tidy Tools for quality products in the future!

I love this mop ! I have a large house with lots of bare floors. Instead of a angled broom, I bought this and am SO FLAD I DID ! One swoop and your floor is clean...saves a lot of time !

The first day I purchased this, the PLASTIC piece that is the adapter, to allow you to screw both of the mop pieces together, had broke. Keep in mind this important part of the structure of the broom is made of cheap, thin, plastic... It would be fine if this product was 5 bucks. But for $50? That's a good laugh. This is not worth buying. Stay away. Sorry, this seems like a good company and I would guess their wooden brooms are worth the buy. But this specific broom should be completely removed from their inventory and never sold again. I did perform a return and got all of my money back. So this is nothing against this company, they seem good. Its just this specific broom.

It is easy to handle, great for large spaces but works well on all. Picks up everything. Easy to store.The only thing we didn't like is it requires a hand wash and lay flat to dry and I wanted to simply throw in the washer/dryer.
