Terrible machine, sent first one back because it was so loud and wasn’t producing ice. Received second one and kept getting E2 error code. Reached out to manufacture customer service who was responsive but slow and could not help with the issue. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more on a better unit!

Our built in refrigerator ice maker could just not keep up. We bought a cheaper coutertop ice maker that could not make anywhere near the ice that this unit makes.It is well built. Easy to use. Once it gets up to speed it makes a ton of ice. Highly recommended.

Love this ice maker! My kids especially enjoy that it doesn’t ever stop making it as long as it’s filled with water! Bought a water jug and special lid too.It’s solid. Can’t say enough good!
