- Read the user manual carefully before you install the machine.
- Keep the ice machine upright for at least 24 hours before first using it.
- Before using the ice maker, it is strongly recommended to clean it thoroughly.
- You should discard the ice cube made by the first ice-making cycle after cleaning.
- Clean the machine regularly according to usage.
- Not for outdoor use.

Machine is easy setup, makes ice at a really good rate. Sweats more than my previous unit, needs more insulation. The door definitely needs improvement, melts roughly 5 gallons a day from air leak and poor insulation. Display just quit working after 7 months. Will see how well customer service is trying to get a new Display. Customer service sent a new display, got it within 7 days. So far it's been worth the money. I do wish it was a little better insulated looses about 2 5 gallon buckets a day from melt off but over all happy.

Makes ice like a champ! We have well water and I skimped on a good water filter. After a couple of months we had bad scale buildup. The customer service team sent me detailed videos on how to clean properly and what kind of filter to install. Our display screen went out (from the hard water?) and they promptly sent me a new one with videos on how to replace. Customer service is truly amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone this unit and this brand.

I bought the machine for our fishing camp, installed it and it didn’t work. Was really worried since there isn’t a contact phone number and the only option is text/email.Surprisingly they contacted me back within a day and asked for a photo of the digital screen. The next day they contacted me back and said they were sending me another machine.I received the machine within 4 days, installed it and it works great. For a company that is out of China, I’m impressed with their response. They didn’t even ask me to send back the other unit which would have been a pain.Customer service 5 star, produces ice in cubes from an empty to full bin in 20hrs another 5 stars, easy to install 5 stars, information booklet 3 stars.FYI: If the machine is working correctly it will cool down to produce ice within 1 hour. It will get to 0 degrees Celsius then start warming back up to 18c and the ice will fall into the bin. It will continue this until full. It doesn’t have good directions on how to manage all the settings. However all you need to do is set it up and turn it on by the main switch behind the machine. Everything else is automatically programmed.

Had the ice maker in operation for almost a year when the compressor failed , they sent a new one under warranty with no problems and is working again .

We are very happy with our new ice maker. The set up was very easy. After getting it all set up, we discovered we were missing the hardware to attach the door to the front of the machine. We aren't sure if we threw it out with the packaging or if it was missing from the box. We sent an email to Coolski customer service asking if we could purchase replacement parts. They quickly replied, identified the missing parts, and mailed them to us within a week, free of charge (from China)!!

Had to wait a whole day before starting. It immediately started to make ice when everything was setup. Make sure to know the parts and which connects with each. After the water source is connected it’s working amazingly. Best thing is the ventilation is on the top of the icemaker instead on the back for my previous maker. Doesn’t break down as quick.

It produces lots of ice and I have been very impressed with this unit. I added an exhaust hose to route the heat out of the room to outside. It does produce a lot of heat as they all do. The company stands by their product and will get back with you to take care of any issues that you may have. I would definitely buy again.
