I can’t believe it took me so long to purchase this item. Make drying our wine glasses so much easier and the shine is amazing. It is loud when turned on, but worth the noise for the shine!!

This was dead right out of the box. I'd love to do a real review on it, but I'm not allowed to return it so I'm just stuck with a machine that does nothing. I plugged it in and it does nothing, the switch doesn't light up, nothing happens at all, its just completely dead. Short of taking it apart to see if it can be fixed, its just a boat anchor right now, which is sad because it looks like it could have been a great machine.Update— I thought it was only fair to report back today on this machine. I was tired of moving this around and decided I would open it and see if I could figure it out before I tossed it. I took off 4 screws from the bottom. Inside is relatively simple and I quickly found the issue. There is a green 4 pin connector inside. Neither end was plugged in. It took a little bit to unbundle some wires and make some length to plug the two ends back together but once I did that, it snapped back together. Quite proud of myself, I quickly put the bottom cover back on and bingo! She runs. I am a bar owner and put this right to work. So far, so good. Does a decent job. I like the heat that blows on the cloth. It keeps it dry for continuous polishing. Updated my 1star to a 4star. If this had worked right out of the box, it would be a 5 star but you shouldn’t have to get a $400 polisher and take it apart and fix it yourself before you can use it. Also, it draws about 10amps. Be sure it’s on its own circuit it blew breakers until I did.

If I'm being honest I didn't need to get this, but I'm also not a peasant so why am I polishing my wine glasses by hand when I could do what the bars do and polish these with my machine.I want you to see your reflection when you're drinking wine with me. I want you to see beyond that, with a glass polish so well you could see reflections of yourself in parallel universes live in different lives all drinking from the same glass.This machine makes polishing glass simple and easy. Extremely impressed with this wine glass polisher. It’s heavy duty and extremely well made. It works perfectly and makes every wine glass shine. It keeps all the water residue off the glasses. It’s large, so make sure to have a decent amount of space for it. It’s commercial quality and a great value.

This wine glass polisher is definitely overkill for any non-commercial use. But at a wine bar where you've got hundreds of wine glasses to clean on a daily basis this machine is a godsend.
