Used this to set TDC on my ford modular, works great. Also did a slight mod, thread a long bolt (5/16-24) and used it to remove pistons from my 4R70W transmission. This was a nice tool at a good price

Good machining, and easy to use and very functional. Would be nice if it came with a couple common sized bolts though. Had to rig up something using my old head bolts and some nuts I had floating around

Just what is needed to find top dead center with the heads off. You will need two bolts and washers to mount it to the block. Bolts not included.

Got one for my 429bbf rebuild. Slots seem too narrow to fit across cylinder and line up with any bolt holes. May need to make slots wider.

It’s aluminum, be aware need to be visual with the stop , piston reaches top dead centre be aware the stop won’t stop it as it is flexible , I will make due .
