Second time I got a specialty bit for my jackhammer. Same damned issue. They say it's for a 1.25" chuck, but it isn't. It's just a few microns bigger. Big enough that it won't slide into the chuck. Useless. Completely useless. Kohls is going to crap little green apples when I drop this mess on their returns counter.

I purchased so that I didn't need to compact the dirt by hand, which is a lot of work. The stake didn't fit into the 1 1/8 inch hex jackhammer. The shank was too large to fit, and I needed to shave it down with a grinder to reduce the size to fit the machine. After which it worked decently. Which it was just a little taller but again beats tampering the ground by hand.

Looks good,Made good,Fits good.The actual compacting is not.I use it for semidry clay, and my feet work faster.I use it with 30lb. 1200 Watt jackhammer.Maybe other types of soil will be more workable.
