This does exactly as expected. I was very easy to install onto my existing google nest thermostat and does a nice job at hiding the screw holes from the previous thermostat that was installed. This is no different than the name brand one but at a fraction of the cost.

This was really easy to install and looks nice. It is fairly large in size (see picture) which helps cover previous thermostat area but wish it was a little smaller. Still would recommend but something to be aware of as this almost did fit on my wall.

Well for the price it seems like a great buy - looks fine, fits right, and does it’s job of covering the wall where the old thermostat was adhered to. It may be made out of light plastic but do not have to touch it after the installation so no issue.

Yes, like you, when replacing my standard rectangular thermostat I stared at the wall and said "who feel like painting that over" since you probably painted around it. This takes care of that, and actually frames the Nest nicely, giving it a sleek look on the wall. I purchased a second one for another room I liked it that much.

Got a new thermostat and needed a cover that matched it! Color is spot on and it was easy to install! The only thing that might suck is seeing all the fingerprints on it.

I like this plate - works great with Google thermostat I got, not the learning version. Well It’s a plate, good quality, does what it does, and good price.

This one of those products that is sleek, modern and is super easy to install. I went with the vertical set up. And this cost less than the ugly ones they sell at Best Buy. Arrived super fast thanks to Amazon Prime overnight shipping.
