Put it on my GMC C-10 with 350 V8 and TH-400 tranny. I had to cut out the area around the starter, but it was no big deal. Fits perfectly.

No amount of trimming could make this fit a TH350 or TH400. Also, it cost $9 to return it. Waste of time and money

5 stars for the price. I had to trim a little around the starter with tins snips then it bolted right up. 83 K30 with 350 and TH400.

P.O.Crap.. bought for TH350 only 2 bolts line up after having to grind edge to fit around trans pan. No bolts included need to source your own.

So, nothing lines up. Like someone roughly traced how it's supposed to look then faxed it several times and that's what they manufactured. Opening for the starter motor is about 1-2" out of alignment.. Meaning you've got a 1-2" gap open to the flex plate on the inside of the starter, and the flexplate cover actually physically pushing against the outside of the starter motor, making the 4th bolt impossible to fit. Also about 1 millimeter of space from contact with the oil filter. I realistically anticipate this thing wobbling about and grabbing the torque converter bolts and then ripping out the oil filter and transmission lines on the way.. Garbage.
