I have to apologize to the customer service people on this one. I had my first mechanic put these on, and there was a loud rattle. I was very upset. They sent me new ones, and had the same guy replace them. Still a rattle in the other side now. I was going to return them for a refund and took to another mechanic to take them off, and it turns out my first mechanic is the one that didn’t put them on correctly. I gave customer service a very hard time and it turns out the struts are fine. I’m so sorry. Struts and shocks seem to be ok.
