I replaced the original Lancer tactical spring rated at 370-380 fps with Cheekon M140 to give an approximate speed of 450 fps. Accuracy with 0.32 grains BB improved a lot at a distance of about 50-60 ft, point of impact is within 3 inches. Please note that 450fps is too high for most games.

Edit: These are definitely HOT springs. My previous review was tainted by a goofy chronometer.

It's a great spring the only problem is if you have a stock gun do not buy this my crazy upgraded gun can barely pull the m160 spring.

Amazon has a pretty limited set of springs, my local out door field has a 400 FPS limit of .20s. So I bought this thinking at a M110 (which is normally like...375ish FPS I think) for my CYMA standard M16 it would reduce the FPS... It made it shoot 420. So i'd recommend just not buying springs from them.
