My short haired hound mix - loves being ‘brushed’ with this.. it pulls out a lot of hairs .. he has that short hair so doesn’t need a brush . This really gets the short hairs out without being prickly like some of the metal brushes. It’s like a massage , dog loves it.

We have a thick coated mutt who sheds constantly. This the best tool I've tried. 10 minutes of brushing did more than multiple rounds with other tools.

This has really helped us in deshedding our pup. With the warm winter we’ve had a lot more than normal and this has helped us keep on top of it. We use this and vacuum as we go.

This works great on my white german shepherd. It gets alot of fur and he doesn't seem to mind it which is so amazing cause he hated his last brush

We have a German Shepherd that we brush daily but he was still constantly shedding everywhere. We got this today, and after a short grooming session, we had collected a huge pile of loose fur. Our dog would whimper after awhile when using his old brush, but loved this so much he was climbing on us so we could reach more of him. This is a definite winner

This brush worked pretty well for 5 weeks, then broke! The blade separated from one of the handles. Since this was one week beyond the return to Amazon, I emailed Conair to get service or replacement. Result...crickets! This blade is thinner and shorter(height) than a previous shedding blade that outlasted 3 dogs.

I have purchased more then 6 of these. 2 for myself, for my cats and 4 for presents for our dog friends. My cats just love it and will stay still until your arm gets tired. Really great for removing your cats thin soft hair. If your cat has some knots, this product is perfect. As for my dog friends it’s pretty much the same even if your is a short hair it feels great on their skin just don’t press as hard as you would with a long haired dog like a Golden Retriever. The Golden’s just love it especially after a bath where you can use the reverse side that is smooth as a squeegee to get all that excess water off before your dog shakes it all over you. Highly recommend.
