I used this instead of rebuilding/modifying a steel mount that the log splitter originally had to mount a different style pump, this lined up and bolted together with ease. It does not come with bolts though, but they were easy to source locally. Worked great between a standard 6.5 hp motor and a 13gpm hydraulic pump.

It is made out of plastic, mounted on a engine that gets hot, and the other end a 20 to hydraulic pump that gets hot, this is a disaster waiting to happen. Come on Northern Tool you can do better than this?

The mounting threads are very, very weak! Do not over tighten. A steel or aluminum one would be a better choice.
