This shelf was recently installed in my utility room where I store a number of things. This shelf is easy to clean off and sturdy to hold any number of things that shouldn't be on a permeable surface.

Great addition to my pool shed!I installed it on the outside,, under a window and use it to pass drinks and snacks to the kiddos.Helps keep the interior dry and clean!

We ordered this folding stainless shelf to install and use in our food truck for added space especially during large events when there is just never enough counter or floor space. Because our food truck is small we didn't want a shelf that was permanent so this shelf made a lot of sense.The material that this shelf is made from is food safe, but on the thin side. It definitely will dent if you drop anything substantial on it. Compared to several of our other restaurant grade stainless prep tables and surfaces, this is on the cheap feeling end.We are not using our shelf in an outdoor setting or storing extremely heavy items on it, so I cannot testify to its resilience in those circumstances. Holding heavy items partially comes down to installation, but with the thin feel of the shelf I would not load a lot of heavy things on it for fear that it will buckle.We have had no issues with the folding function. The latch works to fold and unfold. It is a two-handed operation.Ease of installation is going to depend on the person doing it, the material you are installing it onto, and the type of screws, etc. you use. I see that some people successfully installed this onto drywall. I hope and assume they are using anchors or attaching it to the studs. Ours is installed in the steel ribs of our food truck. We did not have any complications during installation.We use a mild stainless steel appropriate cleaner to polish it and so far it looks good.

I guess the intended purpose of this is for a food truck, but I mounted mine in my garage to have a little workshelf that I could fold up when I had a car parked in that bay. It's been very sturdy and held up well as a place to put the tools I'm using and then just tuck out of the way when it's not needed. The included hardware made it a sinch to put up and it's been trouble-free ever since. The finish dings up pretty easily but that's not really a big deal for me - the hardware is good and the locking tabs haven't failed to hold up the weight I've put on it yet. About the only thing I think could be improved is maybe a ridged or contoured upper surface to keep things from rolling off of it, but I was able to fix this with some rubber drawer liner material and a little adhesive.

I got this to display crafts that I make at a flea market stoe that I have.I am still setting up so its not up yet, but I cant wait.It is a good size and is sturdy. It is very well made and I like that it can fold down if not needed.This would be great for anyone that has a food truck or a small space to store or display items.It seems pretty easy to install, directions seem easy to follow.My art and crafts are industrial and dark, so this shelf fits in great with my asthetic. I am so glad I found this.

It is lightweight and easy to use, the stainless steel makes clean up easy. Depending on your application, it may take some thought as to how to mount it securely. If you plan on mounting to wall studs in a house, the hinge brackets will not fall on standard 16" stud separation.I am installing it in an RV as an outside shelve to hold food items I think it will work just fine.I gave this an overall of 3 stars since it advertised 300lb weight but in reality I would not trust it for anything near that heavy and that it feels a bit flimsy for what the marketing indicates it was designed to be used for.
