We had an aluminum canning pot - the stainless steel is much sturdier. And, all the accessory tools that came with the kit were extremely helpful.

It’s probably not the highest of quality, but it gets the job done. Use it every fall still using it so for the money it’s worth it. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money because I didn’t know if I was even gonna ever use it.

I love this WB pan I believe it will hold up forever for me to WB and also cook canning recipes in when I’m PC recipes.

This is all you need to can food. I have never canned before and made some great blackberry jelly. This had everything need to can the jelly.
