Once you get used to controlling the air intakes and the ideal PSI, it's amazing. It does get a little hot around the area as others mentioned. The size is also perfect for paellas.

Haven't used it yet but it appears to be well made with a range that allows from delicate stir frying to forging horse shoes!

One of the knobs for adjusting air intake is broken off from the main stem. Need to return the entire product. Sad.Edit 2/2/2025 - Increase rating due to quick, corrective action by Concord!After posted review and emailed vendor Concord Cookware on 1/20/2025, vendor reached out and offered to replace the intake controller. The part was sent out via USPS on 1/27/2025 and arrived few days later. The air intake controller arrived in perfect condition. I installed the burner and the intake controller. Both work! Thanks, Concord. Excellent customer service!

When I was assembling a part of the valve just broke off. They do not accept returns so I’m stuck with a broken product. Very cheap quality don’t waste your time.

Takes a bit of adjustment initially with the air intakes to get a solidly blue flame, but once it’s dialed in this thing puts out some serious heat!
