The thing I didn't like is that there's no instructions on how to put the table together, and it was very hard for us to do it just watching videos from YouTube.

Llegó antes de lo esperado, bien empaquetado protegido por lo que no sufrió ningún deterioro. Es mi primera vez ensamblando este tipo de máquinas y por las reseñas anteriores pensé ue serÃa más difÃcil, nada de eso, ni siquiera tuve que ver el manual, es sencillo sólo después de organizar todas las piezas y tornillos e instuir dónde va cada uno y un revisión a algún video de YouTube. Me demoré más porque querÃa que todo quedara perfecto pero dos horas bastaron para tenerla funcionando.Ya habÃa leÃdo que decÃan que esta máquina es un tanque de costura y además muy silenciosa, tengo otras maquinas más baratas que le ganan a esta en ruido por lo que me hace sentir muy satisfecho de la compra.Me queda probarla y sustituir la polea del motor por un más pequeña, 45mm probablemente la haga ir más despacio que es lo que necesito y es lo único que le señalo, algo tan barato deberÃa venir incluido como una imprescindible opción aunque tampoco es grabe como para quejarse.Sobre los ajustes todavÃa no puedo decir nada, tal vez necesite acostumbrarme a una máquina tan pesada pero se siente bastante recia.La verdad recomiendo esta máquina, gracias por la prontitud en el envÃo.

The low rating is exclusively for the assembly process, NOT the sewing machine itself. Please read this review before purchase.Assembling the table was VERY difficult. It absolutely does NOT come assembled, even though the item description says it does. Some nuts, bolts and washers were missing. Parts in the bag of small hardware are not segregated or labelled. Extra parts were provided but not needed. A couple of parts were very rusted, but usable. The wood table is made up of layers of thin plywood veneer glued together; I recommend caution and pre-drilling when installing the screws, to prevent stripping and splintering.The box labelled as the motor drive actually was filled with 51 small boxes of needles, but the company promptly shipped out the correct motor and a pre-paid return address label to send back the needles. They did include some free needles to compensate for the trouble and delay.The assembly video does not match the product exactly (had to improvise), it has poor sound quality (loud fan masking some narration), does not demonstrate the proper use of tools for the job (a screwdriver tip used as s nail set, for example) and it frustratingly does not show close-ups where it would have been most helpful. There are NO written instructions. Having two people and many hours are required.I was only able to successfully assemble this because I have: 1) Years of experience as an auto and motorcycle mechanic, 2) A shop with lots of tools and spare parts collected over decades, 3) A degree in engineering 4) Experience in hardware repair for a silicon valley high-tech top-ten corporation 5) Patience.The hardcopy User Guide is in English but looks like a photocopy of a photocopy; the photographs especially are poor. The hardcopy Parts Breakdown manual is good and helped slightly during assembly.However, now that it is finally assembled, my wife is happy with it, it runs quietly, and she's going through all the hours of adjustment and maintenance videos. We hope the mechanism will loosen up over time, because it has areas of high resistance through its 360 degree rotation and I am concerned about long-term motor and belt damage. Also, the machine surface is not flush with the wood table; the video says it will settle into its rubber supports over time...we hope so.

The sewing machine was not complete when arrived as shown on description. Let the seller know and immediately sent the rest of missing items. Thank you for your quick and efficient response.

I dont know much about commercial machines yet since I have never had a heavy duty one.So here is my opinion.Takes a bit getting use to because it is a bit louder than what I am accustomed to but it is fine once you get going.Heavy.Heavy.Have not figured out all the needle and thread options yet.Didnt know all that existed and what doesnt work with my machine..To sum it all up.If you are planning to do any serious leather work invest in the 3000.00 extra heavy duty machine and be done with.

Great deal does a great job I have had a upholstery shop for 40 years and this is the best machine for most all jobs very happy

This is a tank of a sewing machine. I am very happy with the machine. It sees beautifully and will continue to do so for a very long time. I did install a smaller pulley on the motor to slow it to a crawl as I am sewing heavy material an I wanted it to sew slowly. The gulley cost about five bucks.

Received my order today. If by assembled they mean the laminate is on the table then yes it's assembled. They did take care to make sure the table top was well protected for shipping. The instructions look like they won't be much help. Which is why right now it's only getting a 3 star rating. I'll update with more info and some photos after assembly is complete.
