Seems to be genuine, as the markings are identical compared to another one. Also, feels like high quality, as would be expected from Continental. Hard to imagine that my OEM Honda pulley (for double the price) started failing after barely 2-3 yrs, but this time I went with quality aftermarket.

The pulley I got wasnt like the picture. The picture shows a black NSK bearing, I recieved the orange colored bearing, not NSK. Pulley is noisey, not quiet at all.

I received the part and the bearing was not even pressed in. ZERO quality control, I already had the old damaged pulley removed so I had to press the bearing in this myself and hope that I did not damage it in the process because I did not have time to deal with a return.

Installed on 04 TSX. Came with different brand bearing, not the same brand as picture. Slightly taller than OEM tensioner pulley, but fits as diameter is same. Pulley is smooth. So far quiet and seems good.

I wasn't able to use the recommended pulley parts as it does not exist on the parts of the belt drive pulley of the specified vehicle. You should review your recommendation of spare parts to your client prior to posting of your ads. I have not use the part as it was not existed.The recommended pulley part could probably use in other models of Honda CRV's. I am planning to return it back the said pulley to your company as it does not existed or belong to the specified vehicle model. Never use it. Can I get my money back when I return the parts to you? Will I be charge for anything once I ship it back to your company? Please reply soonest. Thanks
