The board is solid and can easily carry the weight of a 5'11" 200lb+ man. I do, however, recommend taking a hair dryer to the back side of the board towards the front and slowly bending the plastic nose (top 9" or so) up about an inch. It's easy to do and will make for fewer rides that end up in a nose dive.

I had a blast on this body board. I'm 6'7", 230 lbs. Made catching waves so much easier than using my kids' boards. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and plan to use it often.

Nice handles and it did not tear up quickly like some reviews said… but it really didn’t keep me up floating in the water and I’m well under the max weight recommendation.

Had fun riding wave after wave with my boys. It was a lot easier to use for me and my 4 year old (I'm a 200lb male); space with my 8 year old was tight, but still doable for a couple of waves.With my 4 year old, we could foat on it together quite well and just swim around, then ride a wave if we chose to. It was easy to ride wave after wave. We'd ride down a wave, then when we got to shore, I would hop off (with him still holding the handles) then drag the board out to water deep enough for me to hop back on. We spent hours on it together for several days. It was a great purchase!

I’m a surfer and was skeptical about boogie boarding until I tried this one!! I can’t figure out the tandem part but for just an adult this is incredible. get fins!!

My husband and daughter both have ridden this board everyday for weeks and it has held up great so far! Would def purchase again!
