I don't use it very often but when I do use it I smile. Works very nice. I bought a new cord from Truevalue because my old cord was at the end of its life.

This was purchased as an exact replacement for current (failed) unit. Easy to remove the old one and put the new one up. Did not have to install the sink bracket (so no comment on how that part works...though many of the required items that would have been needed to install it were not included...putty, cardboard ring, etc, not included.) Disposal is very quiet and works well.

My disposal stopped working. This for a perfect replacement and was easy to install. Works great. Don't forget to take out the plug like we did so the dishwasher doesn't drain.

Nice unit but they now come with the EZ Connect cord connection. It’s not included in the box but they do give you the connector which only works with hardwire (Romex) NOT STRANDED wire like you would use with a standard Insinkerator cord. They do sell a cord that’s ready to go.

Had a pro333 start leaking after 18 years, it had a good run.. this was a direct replacement took less than an hour to swap them.

I replaced an existing one that was the same as the new one. Very easy to replace got it installed in about 45 minutes. The adapter that goes on the sink was in perfect condition so I used it and this one just went right up into place. But don't forget to punch out the metal piece where the hose for the dishwasher hose goes. Had a friend install and he forgot to do that so water backed up in the dishwasher and all over my floor. Once that was corrected, good to go! The previous one lasted 25 years, that is why I got the same one. In fact the previous one was still working great but sounded like a bearing was ready to go so I just opted to replace it before it actually did stop working. When they do stop it's never a convenient time to have to replace it.

If you want a good disposal that doesn't rust out this is a good one to get. I installed one for myself years ago and just bought two of these-one for my friend and one spare. Being 3/4 horse these are great and easy to install. A little more noise than the smaller horse models but not too bad.

Replaced an existing pro 333 with this and other than some physical labour was easy to replace due to insinkerators locking mechanism being cross compatible.Functions as expected and can handle basically anything.
