Easy Way to Clean a Cooling Rack
For just some oil and food residue
You can just toss them in the dishwasher then dry.
For particularly grimy or burned-on messes
- Fill a rimmed baking tray with warm soapy water.
- Insert the inverted rack and let it soak.
- Scrub with a sponge or brush, rinse, and dry.

I'm not using these as cooling racks, I'm using them in a room that floods quite often. They hold my items off the floor, I recommend for more than cooking racks.

Really like these. I couldn't find a larger size like I wanted but these are working out just fine. My husband and son are "carnivores" and use them most every day to both dry and cook their meat on and they clean up great and no rust!!!

I ordered these because I use a large cookie sheet to cook a larger batch of bacon. They are 16.5 x 11.5 inches and fit the cookie sheet nicely. The racks are also good quality and should last many years of use.

So far so good. I only used it once in the oven to cook chicken wings. It did not bend (twist) under the heat. It was also very easy to clean.
