Mounted it on the door to a wood fired oven and it is working very well. Seems to be high quality with accurate readings.

Excellent dial temp gauge but a bit hard to install due to three tiny screws. I just cement it using high temp silicon adhesive.

This thermometer has been in service on my home built wood fired oven for a couple of months now and I am happy to report that it works great and looks nice too.

The gauge needle looks like it’s at the 1000f mark when cold, easy to think there’s something wrong with it, just how it is made.

I added this to my table-top smoker that didn't heve one. It completely agrees with a remote thermometer that I was using. Great addition to my outdoor kitchen.
