The Cooper-Atkins 55032 Type K thermocouple replacement 4" needle probe measures temperature from -100 to +500 degrees F (-73 to +260 degrees C). Its reinforced 35-1/2" fluoroelastomer cable wraps around the sensor unit (sold separately) for storage. This probe is for use with the Cooper-Atkins AquaTuff 350 Wrap&Stow series thermocouple instruments (sold separately), and is used for monitoring the temperature in food service and industrial applications.

it’s a part of the thermometer which can not function without it.

I don't like how long it takes for these thermometers to get a temp but it's the only approved thermometer in our business
