These little cordials are packaged beautifully and should arrive intact. I have no idea why one of the stems was broken, but customer service was very prompt in contacting me about it and rectified the situation. The stems are strong, the glasses are well made, and it would make a beautiful gift.

First set arrived with two broken glasses, which for as good as the packaging is, surprised me. We returned it and ordered a second set which arrived in good shape. They are a great looking set of glasses. I did ding the seller a couple of stars on their rating for the hassle of having to return the first order, but the glasses themselves are very nice.
