I have a 6†electric chainsaw and it works well but is limited to smaller branches. I needed something a bit bigger for thicker branches. This fit the bill and packed a punch. The instructions were clear, and the batteries were already partially charged, so I was able to get working right away. They were long lasting, and I was able to saw through a large pile of branches effortlessly. It included two extra chains, safety goggles, gloves, a little bottle of lubricant, two batteries, and the charger for them. I felt very safe using it given its features. It was easy to use, and the price is great. I recommend it for anyone looking for something that has a little less maintenance involved than a gas-powered chainsaw.

Absolute garbage. First, the battery is stuck in the unit. I’ve tried anything I can think of without damaging it and still no luck removing it. Second, the chain. The chain comes off the bar as soon as it touches anything during operation. Third, actual directions and trouble shooting? I can’t find any documentation or YouTube videos addressing any of my issues. And contacting the company? Yeah, don’t bother.

Came with no instructions as to keep the saw lubricated.. There is what seems to be a place for bar and chain oil, an empty cylinder with a cap, but again no instructions. The description photo shows a small bottle, but was not included in the box. Maybe that is the lubricant? The instructions suggest watching videos on the product, but ALL of them were worthless.

Easier life with this saw, I have been using a corded chainsaw with a pruning blade, it cuts real good but always gets tangled in the 80 feet extension cord that made work a hassle, i always try not to cut the cord and was giving me big headache, now this lovely electric cordless one is so easy to grab and go just about anywhere anytime, its not heavy and cuts really good so happy with it

Weighted with great attachments, love that it came with two batteries and protective eyewear. I don’t cut a lot but this was perfect for sizing tree trunks and long wood scraps that needed to be removed from my backyard. Sharp enough for what I needed.
