I used this grip tape to wrap a slippery pull-up bar. The use of the term "tape" is a bit misleading. There is no adhesive on this tape. But it does stick to itself very well. This worked out perfectly for me as I want to be able to remove it later if I want/need to. Even though there's no adhesive it does not move or shift at all. I'm a big guy (290lbs) and even with me thrashing around on it, it stays right where it is.I originally purchased the 10' roll but ran out. I wrapped my 1.5" diameter bar, overlapping the tape at 50% and only got 20" of the pull-up bar covered. Even though I could have finished my bar with another 10' roll, I bought the 36' roll because I know I'll find something else I'll want to wrap with this grip tape. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The tape seems to work extremely well. Good grip it doesn’t work like normal tape not sticky but it sticks to its self so no sticky residue. I will say that one ten foot roll only covered four dumbbell. Two sets…I just got it and put it on so I can’t speak to longevity.

I bought these to wrap the handles of some very coarse dumbbells. The tape gripped well and hasn't fallen off in almost a year, with decently frequent use. It feels great, too.

I bought this to make the arm on my wheelchair non-slippery. Works great! My hand does not slip off the arm when i use it for support. My only downside is the width iof tape. I would like an inch wide so not so many times wrapping around. Other than that, i love it.

The black one is bad; it got torn off so easily. It is not of good quality compared to the red one.

This does not have adhesive but sticks to it self. Installation can be a bit tricky and expensive but the grip it gives is just awesome. Completely worth the money

Used it in my gym. works great. went through my first roll way to quick then realized if you really stretch it, it goes way farther. I bought this a while ago and paid $35. I see price has almost double. Too Bad. Going to try another brand.

I've tried chalks and gloves but this beats them all.A bit fiddly to install but definitely worth it. Excellent grip, hard wearing, easy on the hands.

I have replaced my original grips on my pull-up bar with this. The original grips did not endure and have torn. So far, this grip tape has endured tears. You need to clean in once in a while as your skin and dust may get stuck on the grip tape.
