Nice design (the pair are mirror images of each other), so depending on which one you put on down tube and which you put on seat tube, you can set this up for right-handed or left-handed users. Sturdy, holds the bottle securely on road rides. I haven't tried them on bumpy/gravel/MTB so can't comment on how secure they are for that use.

I bought this bottle cage because of its side load capabilities which were necessary due to my small bike frame, and it has been up to the task. I have gone off of jumps, drops, rode technical mountain bike trails, and crashed and my bottles have not budged one bit. Once you bend it in a tiny bit its a perfect fit and keeps water bottles secure. The only issue is that it leaves some black marks on the exterior of my bottles, but for 15 dollars its a steal and works well.

Water bottle cages install easily, work well, and are a great value for the money. Customer service is absolutely first rate. I had some confusion about which two water bottle cages I should buy to put on my road bike’s seat and down tubes. While this bottle holder is fine, definitely almost lost my water bottle several times while riding on gravel - washboard surface.

Need a side loading cage because there's not a lot of room between my shock and where the top tube and downtube meet. I originally bought a plastic cage and it broke after a couple rides. This one has held up much better. Good tension, but also easy to retrieve and replace the bottle.

This water bottle holder is working great so far. Its really sturdy and holds my water bottle on my bike frame very securely. It fits a standard biking water bottle. I like that it comes in two. You commonly see serious bikers use two on one bike frame but I was able to split this up and have a water bottle on two bikes.If I were to make a comment about one thing, I would have liked to have the option of having one left slide entry and one right slide entry. If I were to place both on one bike, the one would need to be placed with my non-dominant hand as they face opposite directions on the bike. No big deal for me, but could be for more serious bikers.It came with screws and a tightening tool. It takes a bit of effort and you'll need some drilling tool to install. All together, its sturdy and works great.

I ordered this side loading cage for my e-bike that has a very small frame between the top rail and the bottom rail. This cage allowed me to slide the water bottle in place from the side. The cage is made from anodized aluminum and I had to order a plastic bottle as aluminum bottles would be scraped up by the cage. Highly recommended.

They work as described. Side loading work with the standard bottle I have. Bent during a fall, but bent back easily. Good value for the price
