When I made this order I didn’t think it completely through after and then after I purchased I realized I had just ordered this plant and it is a AZ summer and 100* outside! But I had already ordered it and I was down for the adventure. My expectations were to find a wilted dead plant and then I was going to have to figure out how to return it. When it finally arrived at my house to my surprise it was PERFECT!! I was impressed when I opened the box I realized how well the soil plant was packaged so that the aloe Vera remained and stayed contained in its pot. The aloe was still plump and the soil was moist. The plant was physically hot so immediately I took it out of the box and pot so it could cool down. I slightly watered it and I put it in my window for about a week so the plant to rest and recover and also get semi acclimated to its new environment. About a week later I did a complete soil change. It was in the wrong type of soil anyways and I really like doing this with my new plants because it allows me to assess where they are and address issues if needed. One huge Con as I gently rinsed the soil off the roots I saw that at the base of the plant the roots had been wrapped with gauze. I picked out as much as I could because the gauze can hinder growth. I also found some yellow from over watering and it being in the wrong type of soil. They also sent me the wrong pot. I was bummed but Amazon Customer service is Amazing so I wasn’t really sweating that too much they helped me out. But over all this is a quality plant and I am excited to see it grow. It’s already grown 2 new leaves and is just beautiful. I would definitely order with them again no question!

I love aloe plants. This one in particular is super healthy and gorgeous. Loves the sun. Not much water. But overall, going well. The pot wasnt exactly as pictured, it looks like its chipping all over, but it must be the look of the pot. I was pleasantly surprised.

The plant is beautiful, great quality and it was packaged well. Unfortunately the clay pot still managed to shatter. I was kinda bummed because it had a beautiful paint job!

So when I received it I was like "What!!?!" It was 10 inches that included the pot it came in. But that was Feb 28th 2021 and today is January 3rd 2024 and she's had plenty of babies we have given to family and friends as gifts and she is huge!!!! The first pic is tonight the second pic was over summer with all the babies growing before we replanted them. We did keep 2 but 1 will got to my mom who has had trouble keeping plants alive so wanted to make sure it was gonna survive after replanting but giving to her this weekend! Then keeping the last baby and of course the original!!

Plant arrived with a couple mushy leaves. I removed the damaged leaves and put in sun hoping the rest of the plant would dry out and survive. It rotted over the next couple of days. Clearly overwatered before being shipped.

Arrived a few days late ...and in very bad condition, I feel bad even to send the poor plant back... it suffered so much, all broken 💔
