These are nice looking devices and appear to be real sturdy (much better than the old plastic ones that broke). However be cautious of the hold down screw, if you unscrew them to far they will fall out and they are very small and can be lost in the carpet.

Well made, will hold alot of weight. The screw on side keeps your rod from moving.

These are exactly as advertised and what I was expecting. These work perfectly for my closet 1" rod hangers and they look good. I would order them again.

Excellent sturdy quality! My only issues were that one of the screwheads had a piece of metal stuck in it, assuming it is in there from the manufacturing process. Minimal cost for them to put one or two extra screws in the package. I was able to use one of the screws from the previous supports I had. I just placed it on the backside of the lowest rod so no one could ever see it.The only other issue I had was that one of my rod dowels had to be trimmed off a bit to fit in one of them. Not sure if it was the hanger or the rod itself.Either way not a big deal since I was using a wooden rod.Very easy to install and I will recommend this product.

These were strong enough for me to use as a support for an outdoor workout rack my son and I made. Takes my weight and I'm 225 pounds. They haven't rusted yet.

These came nicely packaged, all individually wrapped then placed in a zip lock bag with the screws and anchors. I don't, however, agree with using the term "heavy duty" in the description. Sure, the steel these brackets are made from is substantial and looks good but the U is assembled to the backing plate with three of the tiniest tack welds so I'm not convinced how well they'll stand the test of time. As other reviewers have pointed out the screws and anchors are garbage but I was prepared to overlook this since the entire set was a decent price.
