I use these all the time. I have tried several cheaper brands and nothing compares. These produce the perfect fluffy consistency that everyone enjoys to eat. It produces a lot of cotton candy . Great flavoring

I substituted regular sugar with this floss sugar to get cotton candy flavored cookies. The sugar tinted the cookies nicely, I didn't use any dye. The pink vanilla sugar was good but didn’t have a strong cotton candy flavor however the blue defiantly did. The cookies turned out great and the kids all loved them.
