This was a gift for my son whose couch is large but somewhat uneven due to it being made up of large cushions with no room for side tables. This has helped keep the remotes and controllers in one place as well as a place to put drinks or snacks. It is sturdy foam and does not flip over or become misshapen. The cover comes off for washing.
