I love to try new crafts...I have completed a few of these embroidery bookmarks. I still get intimidated that the cloth is not printed with the pattern, requiring me to count. This is an ideal kit - contains everything except the scissors.Stitches: Cross stitch, French Knot & Back Stitch

I swapped out a couple of colors to make the hair a little darker, and used an aqua instead of light pink on the mermaid tail. The recipient loved the gift, and it was quick to sew up. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I AM REALLY A MERMAID bookmark 🧜â€â™€ï¸ this kit was a lot of fun to stitch, it was a pretty simple design to follow but with the look of an indepth piece with the different shading of floss. The kit was really well put together, with all you need to make this bookmark. I chose to back my bookmark with material but there are instructions on how to finish off the design with stitching. The key and pattern were easy to follow and understand, would be great for beginners but also enjoyable for more experienced stitchers. The finished bookmark would make a wonderful gift for any mermaid fan and fortunately this one is going to a 6 Yr old who loves mermaids. I would definitely purchase more kits from this company and can honestly say I don't have any negative opinions on this particular kit.

It's a beautiful kit to stitch. In the kit you get a needle, threads, aida and very clear instructions on how to stitch the pattern and then turn it in to a book mark. The instructions are easy to follow.
