These worked great using standard 1" deck screws for protecting pegboard material when mounting the soft pegboard material. Keeps the screw head from driving into the pegboard holes.

With 7 sizes from 7/8" O.D. down to 3/8", this kit will cover any need for these, replacement or whatever, that I ever expect to have. The compartmented box is a sort of nylon plastic, it's flexible instead of the brittle clear plastic that parts kits usually come in. The washers are thin but strong steel, shiny but not polished, so enamel paint should adhere well, and they're stainless so they won't rust and cause staining. This is also the best price I could find for a good assortment with this many pieces.

Hard to go wrong with the Stainless Steel washers. They were a great replacement for the 40+ year old washers on my boat that were finally showing rust. I'll post back and update this if they start rusting early.
