Very pretty however it takes way too long to heat up food and it’s so loud try to contact the seller To send back, however the seller is no longer available! Not surprised

Not happy with the child lock or that I cannot open microwave mid cooking. I had previously had this microwave and was pleased but this one is different for some reason. Even when I program it to remove the child lock it re-initiates when not in use after a while.
