My house runs off of a creek and well. I wanted to ensure the water was safe to use for my fish, so I ordered this filter to purify their water. I tested the water before and after using the filter. To my surprise, the creek water tested well prior to using the filter, however, the bacteria test came back cloudy. With use of the filter, the bacteria test came back negative with no cloudiness. My fish are thriving and have transitioned well from the RO water to the filtered creek water. It is easy to install and a nice size. I love that the internal filter lasts 9 to 12 months. I personally will not be using it for my own drinking water, but will continue to use it for my fish and recommend it to anyone who wishes to do the same!

I bought this filter because I am living as a retiree in a tiny studio apartment inside a relatives garage. Very nice little one bedroom apartment, but pipes are from the early 70’s We have very high mineral well water out here. And you could very definitely taste the minerals. So, since I am not I. The position to have a built in h filter system installed, I started looking at countertop models. Someone I knew had this one and was happy with hers, so I ordered this filter. I am very pleasantly surprised. Up and running almost three weeks now. Very easy screw install to my faucet. And no more bad mineral taste in the water. Nice clear water with a great taste, even smells great. A keeper for me,

I love this product. The water tastes great, easy to put together and fits conveniently next to sink. Stylish looking as well.I actually ended up buying another one for my mother. She lost her tool that takes on and off the filter, so I emailed them and they sent her a whole new one in just days. No overwhelming questions or grilling. And their response was quick.I’m very happy with my decision in buying this product with this company. I don’t write reviews (probably should more often) but they deserve every bit of this review.

Where I live the water has a lot of chlorine smell and heavy mineral traces in it. The filter has the water come out without any scent and a lot of the hard water minerals are not present. It was easy to install & use. The only thing I wish it had (as the other reviewers have mentioned) is an indicator that will let you know when it’s time to replace the filter. I guess if I smell the chlorine smell again I know it’s time. Other than that we enjoy it.

I think the filter/unit is defective or something. Water tastes and smells funny after only month and half of use. I can't seem to find a way to get in touch with seller.
