This was a great purchase. The noise level is minimal, the heat it throws is great and fills the room evenly. It's also very nice looking and the fire is surprisingly realistic. The remote works great, but the way you change temp is a little wonky. It only goes up, you have to cycle through the whole thing to turn in down. It's a good value, not a whole lot more $$$ than a regular space heater and it's gorgeous!

With it being so cold out, thought I'd oufit my bedroom and office with electric fireplace heaters -- bought this one and then while waiting for it to arrive, bought one at Costco which was only $79. I immediately had buyer's remorse on the one from Costco -- the heater makes a loud whirring noise, didn't seem to generate much heaet, the fake flames bouncing too much. I liked it better the second night I used it, and it's cute enough so I didn't return it. However, I nearly cancelled this purchase because of having buyer's remores on the $79 heaters, but thought I'd give it a try and see if it's better. It's worlds better IMO. The flames look more realistic, the colors better, the remote better. Probably the only thing that is a plus and a minus at the same time is that you can't see the controls without opening up the door so it's hard to tell with the remote what heat setting you have it on whereas the other one you can see. That said, it's also more aesthetically pleasing not to have the controls in on the front panel.Anyway, it's a really pretty fireplace and I'm happy that I got it. Of course, with anything fake, it's a little cheeseball but I love the ambience it brings and the heater works fantastic. I bought the cream colored one and it's def not an off-white color but it looks fantastic, even close to my white furniture.

I have had for a month now. Very easy put legs and handle on. Remote with battery ready to go. Was like kid on Christmas. Level flame option and color option. I love the combo color yellow/blue and high setting look best realistic. And heat blower adjustable temp and heats large living room well. Very happy with purchase and product

Yeah, it's kinda cheesy, lots of plastic, but really cute! Works great, adds a bit of charm to the room! I like that I can have flames without heat. The flames really don't look that bad!! Great size, so it can fit almost anywhere. If you're missing having a stove or fireplace in your house, this is a great & affordable option! Mine doesn't have the "crackling" feature, kinda regret not spending the extra $ for that, but it wasn't an option for the red. And red was my favorite! All in all, cute & FUN little heater! Makes the room cozy the minute you turn it on!

Really nice look, good quality, and throws a lot of heat for such a small unit. We use it in our glassed in porch to warm it up in the chilly weather. Very low noise. We have a noice machine that has a "crackling fire" setting that we use to add realism and drownout the quiet low hum of the motor.

The top is too weak to lift the heater up & move it around. There's no handles to properly lift the heater. Ultimately this is a space heater & I need to move it around, so that's an issue. The remote controller doesn't have a down button for the temperature, so you have to keep going through the temperature up setting then back to off & on to get to a lower temperature. That's pretty annoying & a waste of time. It doesn't make any crackle noises, which would be a nice feature. The one log is obviously made from a super generic mold, but they keep you amused from the couch. The heat comes out extremely hot, but doesn't seem to travel far. Not sure how safe it is based on how hot it heat gets. .... The wire is 3x15 awg & runs fairly warm. The colors of the flames are fun. It actually keeps ya pretty well entertained surprisingly. It makes a nice radiating noise as the heat comes out.

I liked it overall. Though it is quite small. Wish manufacturers would make these type of products taller. Only reason I didnt keep it is because the fan was a little to noisy to use in a bedroom.I have to say the company provided excellent service on return.
