These shorts are true to size and look very nice . They don’t have as chunky / heavy of material as I anticipated; they’re on the thinner side but sturdy . My boys are 12 (taller , in shape and uses 10/12) and 10 (taller, in shape and used 8/10). You can roll it down at the waist one time if they’re a bit loose to start off with.

Lightweight cargo short for my son. These aren’t bulky and allow a lot of movement for an active twelve year old. Nice enough for church and he can still avoid pants ;) Perfect for the kid who needs a little dressier item than basketball shorts but still wants to be comfortable.
