We really like the final look of the railing. We ordered five 4 foot sections and one 6 foot section (pictured below) each came in their own box. The horizontal rails have a protective plastic wrapping that must be delicately removed. We used a razor knife to cut around each of the mounting holes to remove the plastic which was somewhat time consuming so be prepared. The balusters come wrapped in a group and easily unwrapped. May be obvious but build the rail section entirely and then install it. You MUST have a rubber mallet to pound the top railing onto the balusters. Not sure I could have done this by myself as aligning each post is required as you move from one end to the other. All the hardware is included with each kit. The self tapping screws work very well. The 1 1/2 inch 7 node screws are 'Chinese' junk and easily stripped at the drive head. We ended up not using any of them. (Not sure what they were to be used for anyway.)Remember, you have to buy the Fence and Rail Handrail Post Kit to connect the various sections if not connected to the house or other post types.Would definitely buy this product again.

Great railing system. Everything is included for each section. Lots of holes to drill, nice to have all the drill bits needed. Love my courtyard!

We had our front porch extended and had to purchase new railings. I searched several websites for what I had in my mind and I came across this product. My husband had to customize some of the railings to fit and they came out perfectly.

Do not buy this rail system. I bought 6 rails at 150 a piece. It was delivered 2 weeks late. There was one rail that went together like it was supposed to. The other 5 sections of balusters did not fit into the rails. I tried contacting this company twice. NO TEXT,NO PHONE CALL or EMAIL. I couldn't even cancel my order. I had to heat each rail hole with a hair dryer and then pound the balusters in with a hammer. So the rubber looks deformed. The last rail system didn't contain screws or fasteners so I had to wait another week after spending more money. It should of taken a few hours for this project and it turned out to be a month.

Wrong info on website, info states for 4' opening, but, rail only 46-1/2", therefore NOT safe to install. Would NOT recommend unless you state the correct measurements correctly.
