Maybe I was using them wrong. I tried with and without a pad underneath. Maybe they are only good for making indents on soft clay? Definitely not good for ink.

I was looking for some beautiful stamps for food mark. I really like those stamp's design, but I didn't recognize that they can't use in food mark. They are covered with paint, the mark side still has wet ink. I can smell the paint/ink, that seems like unsafe for food consumption. I tried to remove all the paint/ink, but still can smell that. I am searching different solution to make stamps usable in food.
