I seen some negative reviews as far as the chalk being broken upon delivery. Mine also had a few broken pieces when I recieved it but it doesnt bother me because i expect it. Its chalk and its very fragile. I used to be a teacher and sometimes just setting he chalk down on the base of the chalkboard it would break. So going between multiple states and carriers why wouldn't I expect it to have. a few broken pieces. It didnt affect the use of it. I still was able to use all the pieces. Seems like good enough quality for what I was looking for. I just wanted it to write down my meals on my menu chalkboard as well as items needed or reminders on my small blank kitchen chalkboard. If your looking for chalk that is vibrant in color then this is not it. The color is just like all other chalk, that I have personally used. Its light, like a pastel and it's very "dusty". But again, everybkimd of chalk I've ever used has been the same. Their may be a kind out there that is more vibrant and not so dusty but I just uavrnt used it. Overall I think this is a good deal! I didnt see anything else, at hr time, that was this good of a price fot 2 packs, 1 white and 1 color. If and when I need more I would definitely buy this again. The shipping was also fast!

As expected.. while going through them some were broken in half but i think that could be the case even if you were to buy them in store somewhere. Great price for both. Probably better for kids with their little hands as I kept breaking them in half while drawing on a chalkboard.

Chalk works well with my toddler. Easy to eraseCould be packaged better though as most chalks broke in half

10/10Colors as described right as talk should fun to use perfect design and thickness easy open box. None of the chalk was cracked upon arrival.We have a well season chalkboard wall, and this is the only chalk we use on it

Yeah, of course some came broken. Even chalk in the store can come broken. It happens, it's a fragile substance. That's where chalk holders come in really handy. You can put the fragments together again.
