I homeschool my children and always keep colored pencils on hand. Over the years I have purchased ones from the local office stores right up to the ridiculous priced expensive ones trying to find something worth the value.I will say some of the expensive ones are fantastic and you can even get them right here on Amazon, but for value, these beat Crayola 100%! Crayola always seems to break the point, never sharpens properly especially if you use the little hand sharpeners for kids. These however are great. The kids use them until the pencil is so little I have to throw them out.I also tried it with my mother in law. She is in her 70s and retired and loves those adult coloring books. I gave her a bunch of the colored pencils (mixed in a shoebox) while she was visiting us and she actually separated them and said "these work much better" - of course they were the crazy art.I have tried their other products and I can't say they are my favorite for other things, but when it comes to colored pencils, the value, quality and price are all there for my and my family's needs.Thank you for reading my post.

For every brand there is always the basically colors, and I wanted something other then the basically red or blue or green that u always get. And crazyart delivers! Their colored pencils are full of color, very good not too soft of pencil color but soft enough to cover well and full of very neat colors. Love this brand!

These colored pencils are very bright and vibrant colors, but the issue is they are very flawed. The pencil's lead breaks even when you're sharpening the pencil. If you manage to get it sharpened and try to color with them, they break and it's very frustrating. I enjoy coloring because I find it soothing and relaxing. Trying to color with these Cra-Z-Art pencils sends my anxiety level through the roof and reverses any calm feelings one might gain from coloring. If they will make the lead stronger this would be an awesome product. I've purchased some from Hobby Lobby thinking that maybe I bought a bad box but after buying three boxes from three different sources I've found that they all break. I won't purchase again as the price verses the quality is way off. The twistable pencils are a better option, but they don't carry the same colors.
