I ordered this set of Tuauoe Cream Horn Molds for Baking, 35pcs Cannoli Tubes Molds, Non-stick Stainless Steel 16pcs Cone Shaped and 12pcs Tubular Shaped Cannoli Forms for Danish Pastry Lady Lock Form Cream Roll Croissant stainless steel cannoli tubes because I’ve always wanted to learn how to make my own cannoli shells and this kit has everything I need to start.I’ve always loved cannoli, and my husband and teenage son think them a great treat. In college, I had a part time summer job working in an Italian restaurant kitchen; I was excited because this was where we had bought cannoli for years. I asked in the interview, woukd I learn how to make cannoli? They said everyone in the kitchen was tired of making cannoli, it could be my solo project.I was disappointed to discover they bought the shells in huge crates; “making†the cannoli was mixing up the filling and piping it into the shells with a pastry bag.Over the years, I’ve seen sets of the cannoli shell molds at upscale kitchen boutiques; they were always well out of my price range. At the current price ($14.99 for this 35 piece set) I think this is an excellent bargain. You receive everything you need for making cannoli from scratch; the tubes can also be used for baked goods, and the pastry bag/couplers/tips for a wide range of recipes. The centerpiece of this kit are the stainless steel tubes you use for frying the hard cannoli shells. These ae made of stainless steel, and measure about 5†long and 1 1/4†in diameter. There are a dozen of these in the kit.I’ve been experimenting with these, I’ve tried a few recipes and I’m getting close to the crunchy shells we get at the Italian bakery. I suspect that these will always be a touch softer when fried stove top; we don’t have a professional grade deep fryer. These stainless steel tubes are also useful when baking; I’ve tried wrapping dough around them and baking and they make little soft, puffy baked tubes for sweet or savory fillings. The baked goods slide off the stainless tubes fairly easily; I’ve also sprayed them with cooking spray to ensure no sticking. There are also sixteen horn shaped molds that measure about 4 1/2†x 1â€. I haven’t tested these yet, but they look useful for making cream horns and other filled baked or fried treats. The set also includes a 12†pastry bag, a coupler, a puff nozzle tip, three piping tips, and a small brush for cleaning the pastry bag and the small pieces.I’m just scratching the surface with this kit, but so far I’m very pleased with my expedition into making my own cannoli shells. The sales page didn’t say whether the pieces are dishwasher safe; I’ve been hand washing to be on the safe side, and everything cleans up quickly and easily. I know I’ll use this a lot, and once I master the cannoli shell, I plan to move on to trying to make cream horns. This could be a cute addition to a kitchen basket for a housewarming or shower. It’s the type of kitchen tool that someone might not think to buy, but would love using. I do a lot of baking, and I’ve got a long list of recipes I plan to try out with this set once I get the hang of properly crispy fried cannoli shells.

A set of stainless steel molds to enable you to make cannoli and horns.Going through the items included, I was wondering why there are 12 cannoli but 16 horns. In case you are wondering, the cones and the cannoli have an inch diameter. So these are not your regular ice cream parlor cones. It is nice to have the piping additions. In my opinion, the bag is a little small, but with the included adapter, you can replace it with any other bag. I wish it came with a better way of storing the items. The plastic bag is already ripping and storing everything in the box will not keep everything contained. Now, I have to make something delicious to give them a try.

35pcs Cream Horn Molds for Baking, Non-stick Stainless Steel Cannoli Tubes Molds, 16pcs Cone Shaped and 12pcs Tubular Shaped Cannoli Forms for Danish Pastry Lady Lock Form Cream Roll CroissantThis is a very comprehensive kit designed for making cannoli and cream horns. Included are stainless steel tubes for shaping both pastries, a reusable piping bag, coupler, three different star shaped piping tips, a nozzle tip for filling pastries and a cleaning brush. I don’t know if I would ever use the manufacturer’s suggestion for filling a shell with guacamole, but you can also use the molds for making ice cream cones, cannoncini, or even pizza rolls. Although these are stainless steel, you need to be sure they are completely dry after washing, especially where the edges overlap. I would suggest placing them in a still warm oven for that purpose. Great set at a very reasonable price.

This set contains 16 cone shaped molds, 12 cannoli molds, a reusable piping bag and tips. The edges of the molds are a little rough, but in fairness, I haven't baked anything yet. The seams aren't attached, so you could squeeze the molds in a little bit. I am excited to try baking cannolis. I'll update if there are any relevant issues.

Everything worked well. The horns are smaller than the larger horns you will be used to at most bakeries, and the cannoli molds were a little thin, but they all work well. Someone commented that their cannolis stuck to the molds. These are not non-stick but rather stainless, so you need to use a drier dough, coat the dough with flour, or grease the molds.

I have always wanted to be able to make cream horns. After my favorite local bakery shut down I felt like I had to learn how to make them. Purchasing these molds was the first step. They appear to be high-quality steel and have not had any issues when using them in the oven. While I have not perfected my cream horns as of yet I have been able to get some nice filling made. I will continue to practice on the vessels themselves that holds the filling. I’m confident that I will get there and I really like that. I will have the ability to make several cream horns at one time. I am not very enough to try cannolis yet, but I will continue to work towards that goal. I think that these were very reasonably priced, and I am pleased with the cost of this item.

I've spent years spending a small fortune on the cream horns and cannolis at the French style bakery 45 minutes from my home anytime I was in town. Recently, I decided I wanted to try my hand at these desserts-to-die-for. However, I didn't have any molds, and while I could have probably fashioned something out of foil by following some DIY tutorial, I would rather just have the molds. So, when these showed up in my product search, I was excited to give them a try. This is a great set. There are plenty of both cannoli and cream horn molds so that any would-be-baker can whip up many batches of delectable pastries.A silicone pastry bag is included, and each mold feels fairly sturdy and is nicely shaped.I can't wait to put these to use, and will update with photos once I get some cream horns made.

I recently picked up the Cream Horn Molds for baking, and I couldn't be more thrilled. This set comes with 35 pieces, including 16 cone-shaped and 12 tubular cannoli forms, which have been perfect for experimenting with various pastry recipes. I love how the non-stick stainless steel makes it easy to release the baked goods without any hassle. I've used these molds for making cream horns and croissants, and they turn out beautifully every time. They’re so versatile that I can also use them for Danish pastries and lady locks, which has really expanded my baking repertoire. However, there are a couple of things I wish could be improved. The molds are a bit smaller than I expected, which limits the volume of filling I can use for each pastry. Also, while they’re generally easy to clean, I found that the edges can be a bit tricky to scrub thoroughly without scratching the surface.Despite these minor issues, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using these cream horn molds. They've helped me create delicious treats for parties and family gatherings, and I love sharing my baking adventures with others. Overall, I highly recommend these molds for anyone looking to elevate their pastry making game.

I picked up this set as I enjoy baking, specifically pastries that have custard or cream fillings. The set provides an ample amount of horn molds so that you are capable of molding, frying and, prepping, all at the same time. Its also nice that it comes with some nozzle tips, piping tip, cleaning tool and piping bag. I like the concept of the reusable bag, I just wish it was a bit larger to hold more dough. Otherwise, its a great set for someone looking at getting into baking and exploring stuffed pastries.

I am a novice baker. This is perfect to fill pastries. The volume that it can hold it’s pretty less. But for me it’s perfect as I am starting to learn. The price is very fair and for the huge set it is an great value.
