I’ve used a butter dish for several years now and needed a switch up. This caught my eye and thought it was beautiful.Price can be a deal breaker for me so I just sat on this one. The price came down for Prime Day so I jumped on it.I was not sorry! It’s beautiful! Some bad reviews are noticed but in my opinion, if you read up on the product, all your questions would be answered.It’s an off white color.It’s Large! Makes my old one look tiny!The lid DOES NOT seal. There is NO silicone ring. (Think candy jar)I believe the “handle†knob is more for decoration. (Some commented that it’s not big enough as a handle) I just grab the whole lid to lift off.The lid does slide around on the base but will not slide off. I use 2 hands to move the jar as it is a bit heavy.The design is simple and beautiful. It’s hand made and included in a note in the purchase, states this.I have not found any bubbles or imperfections. Even if I did, they would add to the uniqueness of it.All this does not deter me from giving a 5 star review.The design is beautiful. It’s simple and fits in my kitchen decor perfectly!I recommend you read all the info given BEFORE you purchase so you know exactly what you’re getting. That way you won’t be disappointed and give a bad review. I recommend this product.Great quality at a decent price.The delivery was quick too!

Perfect for a farm house or rustic/cabin decor. This is the second one I have bought. The lid on the first one got broken. I love this so much, a bought a second. I guess I am safe if a bottom gets broken. This fits 4 block of butter. It also fits cream cheese perfectly. My family has now gotten used to getting our butter out of this style crock or butter container. Butter stays clean and soft. Can't say enough good!

I love this adorable stoneware butter dish. Its dishwasher and microwavable . I love the size,will hold 2 to 4 sticks of butter. Would make a very nice gift.

Nice design. Sturdy. Much larger than I had thought, but that's not necessarily a bad thing other than counter space in my tiny kitchen. Not a negative, just something to be aware of. My only criticism is that I wish the lid was a bit more snug. The guiding nodules on the bottom of the lid leave A LOT of room for shifting and moving.

Just what I've been looking for. We buy butter in half-pound blocks. Regular butter dishes only allow the quarter-pound logs. This butter dish hold the full half-pound and looks adorable on the table. It's a nice quality ceramic and keeps the butter without smearing up the cover.

My fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. It's very heavy and thick and not white but more a cream or light beige color which I don't mind. It's really pretty. I just needed something to hold a normal stick of butter from a 1lb package. This could hold two sticks side-by-side and one across the top! I don't know why people are complaining about the lid. No there is not a tight seal but the weight of the lid gives it good, safe coverage. If I had read and paid attention to the descriptions and reviews I would have known what I was getting. I admit after looking at a lot of butter keepers I looked at the photo and chose this one because it was so darn cute. It is a well made very pretty product for the price!

This is such a cute butter dish. It does indeed fit 1 lb of Canadian butter. I leave a knife in the butter sticking out from the dish and the lid still slots into the dish well enough that it doesn't slide off. It's very sturdy and well made.

El material es super grueso, de hecho pesa, es de muy buena calidad.El color no es blanco como se indica, es como crema/ gris, pero es muy bonito.Le cabe una barra de 225 gramos.Llego muy bien empacada y en tiempo; la compre en oferta asi que costo 300 en lugar de 500.
