I have been using it for more than a month now. I couldn't be happier. The specs a spot on and that includes the battery life. I have used it on the ocean and the river. The performance is simply incredible. I might get another next year for my second paddleboard.The vendor customer service was great. Not only did they answer my questions but also posted a short video for all customer to see. I am so glad that I didn't have to return it. It does work with every paddleboard out there.

Main unit won't pair with the remote. I called the number on their web page for support. It's a whole different company. I posted a question and the response was for me to read the instructions (which I already did) and to reach out if I need help. That was the point of posting the question. DOH.

This is a good quality electric water propulsion unit that can be used while swimming, snorkeling, or riding a bodyboard. It is also designed to be mounted to the fin mount on stand up paddleboards and has a remote to control it. Although the run time is relatively short, it works well and is great fun to use. I highly recommend it!

Very easy to set up and use. Controls and displays on main unit and handle are very clear. The different color LEDs make it easy to determine settings while moving. I used it first while just swimming and my body at 5’ 9” and 150lbs produced a lot of drag and I moved pretty slow. I then tried it on a floaty with my arms hanging over the edge and holding on to the scooter and had great fun zipping around. When held with just one hand we had a hilarious time spinning rapidly in circles. Everyone enjoyed trying it out. After using it, I took off the handles to shake out the water inside them. I also removed the battery cover cap to dry out the battery compartment. Unit is not too heavy and is pretty compact like the size of a loaf of bread. Seems to be well designed and constructed.
