I installed the product back in March. It worked fine and fit my Harman perfectly. The problem is we used the pellet stove for 4 months after installing the igniter. We shut it off for summer. Now in October I’ve used the pellet stove for a week and the igniter already gave out. Good thing it came with 2 igniters so I installed the second one. I’m hoping they honor their 1 year warranty on the product.
