Sent the wrong instructions...But I figured it out...LOL. The holder of the photo is plastic ...which is great...you just lift up the left hand side and slide it in. VERY HAPPY. Saved me $200 bucks...Locally they are out of their mind. Thank you.

Great turn around. Really like the plaque. The problem was the name plate was crooked. It would be a 5 star if it wasn't for that.

Read the fine print carefully- it may say 8x10 but that is the size of the plaque- not the picture area. Picture area is 5x7.Engraving was spot on and the plaque is very nice. However- the description is misleading.
