Actually used this for alternative grips for wieghtlifting to improve grip strength. The ready-made products were too expensive. Drilled a hole in these and used as a grip instead of using a bar. Works great. make sure you get regulation size as there are mini sizes out there.

These balls are not too hard (bounces) and my fur baby can’t destroy them, but soft enough not to hurt her when she played catch

As advertised. Mostly using these as mechanisms for rolling out knots after workouts. As a lacrosse ball, it is what it is.

I have two rescue dogs that are both aggressive biters in the house. They go through any other balls like they were tic-tacs! I'm always afraid they will swallow a piece of rubber and get sick. These balls are indestructible though. I've never seen a dig chew off a piece of one of these.cant say enough great things about them!

The ball is the correct size but has no name or CLA approved stamp. Its a good lacrosse ball without any branding.All 6 balls come in a nice mesh bag
