Crunch POWERX incorporates full Class A/B technology in stereo and four channel amplifiers along with Class D in the mono. Class A/B sounds better, but the PC boards require a bit more space that in other circuit topologies. With Crunch POWERX we have trimmed away some of the more esoteric features to deliver a great amplifier that sound like you would expect Crunch to sound. The POWERX line also includes Crunch technology like QTD (Quick Thermal Dispersion) Technology which puts more aluminum on the heatsink than a normal amplifier. This 8 Gauge amplifier installation kit has everything you need to install your amplifier in your car. The amp kit features a 20 foot 8 gauge red power cable, competition high quality fuse holder, 3 feet of 8 gauge black ground cable, 16 feet of 18 gauge blue turn on wire, a 20 foot high performance RCA interconnect, 30 feet of speaker wire, (20) 4" wire ties, (3) rubber grommets, a #10 ring terminal, a 5/16" ring terminal, and a 1/4" ring terminal.

I purchased this amp about a month ago and I am just getting around to installing it. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed at what this amp makes my single Pioneer 12'' sound like. I had some audio stashed around the house and decided to install it in my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. It's a simple setup and I was simply searching for an amp on a budget that gives me a decent amount of ''boom''.....quite shocked at the end result. It seemed that when I bridged it, the amp ran a little hot and it gives you more boom, but it sounded distorted when you turned up the volume, so I did not bridge it, played around with the settings on the amp and my dvd/cd deck and it gives me a nice clean all around smooth bass sound to where the amp does not run hot at all and I can only turn my deck up halfway. That's the sound that I was looking for without all that rattling the trunk crap. It did help that I replaced all my factory speakers with a decent pair of 4-way Pioneer speakers that doesn't even need an amp pushing them. Very nice crisp highs to match my smooth lows. Will purchase again for my other vehicle. I will say this, my Pioneer 12'' is capable of pushing more than what this amp puts out, but that's not what I am looking for. As I said, this meets my needs, especially being on a budget. Will update later as to durability and longevity as time passes.Also, I did use the Boss amp wiring kit that was recommended with this purchase and it had everything that I needed to complete this setup!

Got this as a gift for my brother. I dont know much about this kind of stuff but he was super excited and said he was looking into getting this for himself so I took it as a good sign! He seemed very pleased and excited to install it!

I’ve had this in for about two years I forgot all about it works great Just make sure you have a grounded properly so it doesn’t heat up this was totally worth the money

The Apex of Chinese failure. Crunch used to be a good name and audio and was apparently bought out by a different Chinese company. Installed it getting ready to remove and send back to Jeff Bezos. I’ve been installing car audio for 20+ years and this thing was absolutely pathetic.

Very happy with this purchase. Only problem I had was I couldn't use the included insulated ring for the power cable. It may not be a problem for most, but I bought a bolt extender for my side post battery and the included ring was to small so I had to purchase a bigger ring to fit. Again problem that most won't encounter and very very happy with the amp and included kit to hook everything up.Edit: Sadly this amplifier finally bit the dust less than a year of having it hooked up. If you're on a budget it's a great amp, but don't be surprised if it doesn't have a long life span.

It was normal to setup. I am just running one 12in sony xplode. It sounds good. I dont have a lot of power running to the sub because it's in a single cab truck. I saved some money because it came with the installation kit. All high quality stuff.

When it works, it works well, but half the time it doesn’t, if i just turn it on and off subsequently sometimes it stays on, but ive been told also this kind of amp if in use with a too powerful sub it could catch fire, idk im not impressed

Never got the chance to use it, but really dislike the fact that you have to build the wiring kit. Just takes way to much time, other than that it seems good
