This tire plug kit should work great for any tire repair and possibly an emergency (only)sidewall plug, to get your vehicle to a qualified tire repair shop.

So I recently got a slow leaking tire with a small nail, and I used one of the cheapo box brands from the big retailers and everyday I would have the small leak with the low air light on. So I took and a chance and bought this kit and it resolved the air leak. It came with everything I needed to repair and some. This is a great kit when traveling or in a pinch! Definitely recommend!

After buying this kit, I know why. Quality components.PLUS, MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE DISK ON THE PLUNGER, so the sticky plugs always stay in the tire when you pull it out. Dosome homework. You will find this is the ONLY manufacturer with this feature.Most buyers of these kits are making a first time purchase - as a 'just in case' or recently had a bad flat experience. I travel a lot of gravel roads on fishing trips in the bush. I've had to use them three times over the years. Only replacing the stuff I've had because the gooey plugs eventually dried up. Without one of those 'withdrawal disks' on the plunger, you learn real fast That YOU NEED TO USE PLIERS to keep the applicator from pulling the plug part way out. Dang those things make an awful cleanup mess - particularly when you need to put in another plug. Save yourself the hassel, buy this type with THE disk.ONE improvement needed to the kit. Buy a separate tube of rubber tire glue. This WILL make the repair permanent for sure!While you are at it, buy one of small tire inflators - because youwill need that, too. Afternot using my boat trailer for 3months both tires and the sparewere down to ~42 lbs. 5 minutes on each and they were back up to 55 lbs. - with 3 bars left. Then plug it in to your cigarette lighter. Another hour on the road and back up to 100%. Even brought my right front 3/4 tontire with a real slow leak from 40 lbs back up to 55 lbs in about 10 minutes only 2 bars left - but awesome! Unit I have is Fantikk around $130. Wow, what peaceof mind when you're in the middle of nowhere, on even in your driveway. Think about this. If you're on the highway, your trailer tire flat is some 40+ft away from you vehicle cigarette's lighter socket. Not veryconvenient if your inflator to plug into the lighter socket to work OR needs to clip onto your vehicle battery terminals.

I bought this to fix a hole in my tire and it works awesome! It isn't cheap quality an it's priced great! I would highly recommend
