I bought this clock as a Christmas gift for my wife. It works perfectly, keeps great time and looks great. Would recommend this clock.

The clock arrived well packaged. Setup took about half an hour. Worked fine first couple of days then the dancers danced erratically and slowly. A loud ratcheting sound was heard when they danced. The cuckoo worked fine. Clock keeps good time. I emailed manufacturer for advise.Update: works great! Sounds great! Not sure why but when we left the house for the weekend I stopped the pendulum and, when I restarted upon returning home, the dancers were slow and the ratcheting sound started. After about 12 hours everything returned to normal.

The clock shows very fine detail of excellent craftsmanship. It was very securely packaged and set up was very easy. It keeps time very well and functions as expected.

I bought this clock with the full Intention of having this clock for life,it looked beautiful.sadly my clock that I purchased did not work,the handle that controls volume did not go all the way down and the animated figures never worked.I then got a replacement clock that worked until I had to reset the clock I will leave this review up until I get a fully functional clock. I will give u one more chance and I expect a working clock or the review stays please turn this around to a 5 star

Nice looking clock. Had three weight chains and only two were installed. The third had detached hook and therefore fell out of clock gearing and thus rendered the clock not usable. Returned immediately through UPS via Amazon customer service. They advised no replacement only refund. Technical center phone number was a recording in German. Refund process takes 30 days to process and 7 days to show back up as a credit. So this stops the process of getting my clock for that amount of time and the time it will take to find a company that can do a better job. In summary.......UGGGH!

Quality made cuckoo clocks are not inexpensive but in my comparison shopping to replace my old cuckoo clock, which sadly was beyond repair, this one is well worth the money! I love watching the water wheel turn and the little man chopping wood, as well as seeing the cuckoo bird and the dancers going round and round. Fun!
