My old electric water heater/dispenser broke so I went to look for a cheap alternative.Found this one and the best way to put it, you get what you pay for. Don’t get me wrong, for this price, it works EXTREMELY well. It’s simple enough, plug, press a button, and heats up. A little bit of noise but nothing crazy - holds just as much water as my last one so it lasts pretty long before having to refill.But again, you get what you pay for, the quality of the material seems a bit iffy. But unless you’re planning on constantly moving this around, it’s great as a stationary hot water dispenser (which is what most of us are probably looking for).

The lid is stainless steel, but the body that holds water is plastic. The lid is a little flimsy, so I am giving 4 stars out of 5. It functions as expected. I cleaned the lid and the container before using it, and I boiled 3 L of water three times and threw it away. Water doesn’t taste like plastic but typical water that I drink. It doesn’t have a power on and off button, so I plugged it into a smart plug that has an on and off button.

Feels cheaply made and preforms like a piece of junk. It took over 30 minutes to heat, the outside got way too hot, the dispenser dribbled water out and would have taken me another 30 minutes to drain it. I returned it the next day after only one frustrating use. I use the Cuckoo pressure cooker multiple times a week and thought that this may preform as well. It was a disappointment across the board.

Wonderful hot water dispenser! Simple to use, easy to clean, and reliably makes great coffee. Not only that, it provides easy access to hot water for cooking in the kitchen, adding a lot of convenience for our family.

It keeps the water hot at all times. The temperature of the water is hot enough to make tea. I have had a different product in the past and that hot water temperature was not as high. Am very happy with this purchase.

I brought this product back in July of this year (2023). It is currently early December 2023 as of writing this review. I never used this product since my old electric water heater started to work again. That is until it broke again, and I had to use this product. With that being said, this product heats the water really well and the buttons all work and are intuitive. All is positive until it is time to drink the hot water and it tastes like plastic. I pour out all the hot water and kept on adding new water, then I let it sit there and soak in hopes that would get rid of the awful taste. Still after multiple attempts to get rid of the taste, I was not successful, and I had to throw away this product along with my previous water heater. Since I am unable to get a refund of this product due to it being pass the return/refund date. Overall bad experience for me.

When my old hot water dispenser broke, I needed a replacement and decided to go with this one, especially since I recently purchased a Cuckoo rice cooker and heard that this brand is one of the best-selling in Korea. However, I was a little disappointed with the performance. The side of the pot gets noticeably hotter compared to my previous dispenser. This makes me concerned about its energy efficiency, as it seems like keeping the water warm constantly might consume more energy than I expected.
